My favorite place in London was Speaker’s Corner, where immigrants
(and anti-immigrants) would gather to test the limits of free speech.
And then I went to the Continent and learned the art of wine and cheese (sandwiches)

But there’s more than just food – there were books to hunt down!
As well as other things a bit more, ahh, French….
After so much culture, I headed down to the Fete d’Avignon for buskers of all sorts
Who came to fiddle away some time (and hopefully get…)
Groupies!!
(almost as good as being famous!)
But then – it was time to work! (and eat and drink – but shhh!)
(She won! English beat the French!)
And finally – my 26th Birthday! (celebrated in remembrance of the way it used to be)
(I assure you that its better to imagine than face the grim reality…)
