This guy keeps 20% of his tobacco crop. (The state
"acquires" the rest for about 10USD/100 lbs dry.) He wanted to sell me
cigars (so does everyone), which is illegal, since the state has a monopoly. I
bought one from another farmer who popped out of the bushes for 0.30USD. They
sell for 7 - 30USD/each in government shops.
